what to expect
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment. This helps allow us to prepare for service and allow for polish selection.
To help maintain a relaxing experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you keep your voices down, turn your cell phone on silent, and refrain from phone calls while relaxing at Lunula.

our personalized process
service
We will treat your nail and skincare needs and do our best to help with any dryness, roughness, weak and damaged nails, and concerns due to seasonal changes and sensitivities.
While our services have been reviewed by a dermatologist, we do not conduct specialized dermatological procedures or treat conditions best serviced by a medical practitioner.
post-service
We will provide you with personal recommendations following your visit, but keep in mind:
Your hands and feet are sensitive, so please refrain from aggressive scratching and scrubbing.
Help maintain moisture and optimal nail health by regularly hydrating, especially after washing.
We offer SPF protection at the end of service, but long-term care is in your own hands.
Regularly apply generous amounts of sunscreen on your hands and feet, which are often overlooked from sun protection.
While each visit promises results, the biggest impact is made with regular visits and continued homecare. We recommend guests to schedule Lunula check-in every 2-3 weeks, which helps encourage skin turnover and optimal nail health under our care.
